     How much would you like to pay to sell your home?  Zero correct?  Realistically “For Sale by Owners”, are rare in today’s market.  The Legal Issues, Disclosures, Laws, Rules and Regulations make it very “risky” for homeowners to represent themselves, in property transactions.  Even with our experience and knowledge, we carry “Errors and Omissions” insurance.  As we know, the fees charged by Real Estate Companies are called “Commissions”.  (They are not fixed)  Most agents would like you to pay them 6%, some will agree to 5% and if you’re a good negotiator, you may even get to 4%.  Normally, this fee is split 50/50 between the “Listing and Selling Office”. If your home sells thru another Office, your listing agent would normally receive 1/2 of the above fees.

 

Example:
