A LITTLE ABOUT US . . . .

 

Introducing  . . . .  Fitzgerald & Associates

     We are a Small Company with an impressive past and present resume.  Our past spans over 40 + years as full-time Realtors and includes part ownership in the Company that is currently Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley in Napa (Which has an excess of 110 agents)  We have a presence in Solano, Napa, Sonoma and Contra Costa Counties.  During this time, we have sold everything from residential real estate, including new home subdivision sales, to land acquisitions, residential lot purchases, restaurants, commercial buildings and businesses, medical offices, mobile homes, a vineyard/winery and even a senior care facility!  We do it all . . . . .

 

     The breakaway from a large 'Company' allowed us to give a client personalized and more individual service.  Instead of having your property listing mixed with 60, or more other competing listings, you can enjoy the assurance that you are receiving special service and are a priority with Fitzgerald & Associates.  We are small, but we pack a punch!!  Chuck is the Broker, Linda is the Brains, Coordinator and Worker Bee.

Leandra is our transaction coordinator.  Downsizing has allowed us to lower our overhead and give our customers a more competitive brokerage fee.  We maintain the same equipment and supply the service you would expect from any larger Company.  We carry complete Errors & Omissions Insurance and are members of Multiple Listings Services throughout California, The National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors and the North Bay Association of Realtors. 

 

OUR EDUCATION:  

 

     Chuck obtained his Broker's license many years ago.  He has been a licensed appraiser and a mortgage broker, along with being a Certified HAFA Specialist.  Linda is a long-time member of the Nationally Acclaimed “Residential Real Estate Council”.  These are agents who have invested the time to earn the CRS designation which represent the top 2% of all the agents in the country.  It is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. She has also obtained her GRI designation from the “Graduate REALTOR® Institute".  According to the National Association of REALTORS®, this Designation is "The mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high  level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation".  The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) is arguably the best real estate designation that you can earn in the real estate industry.

    We are PROBLEM SOLVERS!  We are able to find solutions and overcome many problems you may experience.  Whether it's regarding the inspections of the home you are buying or selling, past credit problems, down payment, whatever it may be ~ We take care of business.   We are FULL TIME Realtors . . . Not part time, retired, or semi-retired.  Real estate is not our second job.  It is also not a job you can walk away from when you leave for the day.  We are available when “YOU” need us. We eat, sleep and talk real estate.  Real estate is our passion!  Our phones are answered from  9AM until 9PM, seven days a week.  Our goal is to always put the “client” first.  Your welfare and happiness is very important to us.  We understand what great customer service is about.  Our high standards of professionalism and conscientious business practices have enabled us to build a solid reputation.  We offer an unwavering commitment to service and hard work.   We are committed in making every transaction as smooth as possible!

     Our commissions are discounted due to modern market strategies and methods.  This will save you lots of money, so please ask us about it.  We provide everything and more than the large companies provide.
