FACT . . . . Large Companies tend to have anywhere between 25 to 40 listed Properties in their Inventory at any given time.  Your property will be competing with them.

FACT . . . . Many Companies tend to run advertising copy with pictures of properties that have been sold with SOLD stamped  across them.  We're not sure what this wasted space does for marketing your listing.  Fitzgerald & Associates promotes only properties that are available for sale.
